I recently purchased property but the Land Register has not been registered in my name as yet. What are the requirements to apply for a new service?

The following documents will be required in addition to the Chief Electrical Inspector’s Certificate:

A recent copy of the land register which has been issued within the last 30 days
A copy of the unregistered deed of sale
Valid IDs for the applicant and previous owner(s)
