I am getting ready to move out of my rental apartment. What do I need to do?
If you are moving out and no longer require the service you can either:
1. Request a Disconnection

OR
2. Request that the service be reverted/returned to the Landlord’s name in writing.
(Address your letter to: The Managing Director, LUCELEC and email to [email protected] along with a copy of your ID. Be sure to include the Account Number and Meter Number in your written request).
